Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey — Still the GOAT?

Been using ON Gold Standard for years but recently tried a few alternatives. Here's my honest comparison after 3 months of testing different brands. Mixability is still unmatched, flavour selection is huge, and the macros are solid. Only downside is the price has crept up significantly.

Creapure Creatine Monohydrate — pure and simple

You can't go wrong with Creapure. It's just 100% pure creatine monohydrate, no fillers, no additives. German-manufactured with strict quality control. The micronised version dissolves perfectly in water. I've been using 5g daily for 6 months now and the performance gains are undeniable.
